ISO 9001 quality in the productive process

Tesar provided to organize their own productive process by adopting a Quality Assurance System, since 1982 – the year of the first issue of the Quality Assurance Manual.

In 1994, Tesar certified their quality management system in full compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 Standards.

In 2001, Tesar conformed their own quality system to the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 standard, well aware that the capability of improving products, services and the whole company should be carried out by means of an uninterrupted application of a quality management system.

In an ever-increasing global challenge, in fact, the “Quality Instrument” has to be applied to the widespread check of all the company processes aimed at obtaining a “zero defects” production for the Clients’ full and final satisfaction.
