Assistance to commissioning

It consists in a visit of a qualified technician, to be carried out during the commissioning of transformers. Before the staring of transformers operation, the following activities will be performed by means of appropriate devices:

• Visual check in order to verify the absence of damages caused by transformers displacement/positioning.
• Check and inspection of the electrical connections and of the tap changers.
• Check of electric and mechanical tightening
• Check of air insulating distances
• Insulation test by means of megger
• Functional check of auxiliary circuits
• Check of transformer proper ventilation.

Diagnostics

Remote diagnostics of transformer.
Further to checking the temperatures of functioning, it is able to control the most important electric values (voltage, currents, and harmonics) by the continuous recording of the events related to the transformer.

Scheduled and extraordinary maintenance

It consists in maintenance activities to be executed once a year, on a date to be agreed together with the client, and it includes:

• Visual check in order to verify the absence of anomalies or damages.
• Cleaning of windings and the relevant ducts, and all the other components.
• Registering of ground fixing
• Tightening of electric and mechanical bolts and nuts.
• Check of cables
• Check of thermo-sensitive components (thermal probes and resistances).
• Check of correct functioning of protection relays
• Check of fans
• Check of ground connections continuity
• Functional checks
• Measurement of insulation resistance by means of Megger 2500 V.
• Inspection and check of electrical connections.
• Check of air insulating distances

Supply of accessories for transformers such as fans, thermo-controllers, thermal probes, thermometers.
